Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager 會針對 Oracle 系統中不存在的 Oracle 資料庫產生重要警示。

Cause

如果 Oracle 系統中不存在 Oratab 中的 Oracle 資料庫，就會發生這種情況。

Resolution

如果資料庫是有效的資料庫：
  1. 啟動 Oracle 資料庫。
如果 Oracle 系統上沒有資料庫：
  1. 從oratab檔案刪除非作用中資料庫 （ORACLE_SID）。 
  2. 設定 EXCLUDE_SID 參數，將 該ORACLE_SID 排除在 RMAN 代理程式組態的探索中

RMAN Agent 組態檔案的預設位置為： 
/home/oracle/opt/dpsapps/rmanagent/config/rman_agent.cfg
從 PowerProtect Data Manager 19.14 開始，可在 RMAN Agent 組態檔案中啟用IGNORE_ORATAB_INACTIVE_SID參數。

這可讓ddbmcon忽略oratab檔案中的非作用中ORACLE_SID資料庫。
