Cause

如果 Oracle 系统中不存在 Oracle 数据库，则会发生这种情况。

Resolution

如果数据库是有效的数据库：
  1. 启动 Oracle 数据库。
如果 Oracle 系统上不存在数据库：
  1. 从 oratab 文件中删除非活动数据库 （ORACLE_SID）。 
  2. 设置EXCLUDE_SID参数，以从 RMAN 代理配置中的发现中排除该ORACLE_SID

RMAN 代理配置文件的默认位置是： 
/home/oracle/opt/dpsapps/rmanagent/config/rman_agent.cfg
从 PowerProtect Data Manager 19.14 开始，可以在 RMAN 代理配置文件中启用 IGNORE_ORATAB_INACTIVE_SID 参数。

这允许 ddbmcon 忽略 oratab 文件中的非活动ORACLE_SID数据库。
