PowerProtect Server Disaster Recovery-sikkerhetskopier mislykkes med AccessDeniedException

Sikkerhetskopieringer av PowerProtect Data Manager Appliance Server Disaster Recovery (DR) mislykkes, med et unntak. Informasjonen i /var/log/brs/serverdr/serverdr.log Viser:

Tillatelsene Feil er konfigurert for /data01/serverdr_staging/postgres_pwd Katalogen. Årsaken til feil tillatelser er ikke kjent.

Oppdater tillatelsene for /data01/serverdr_staging/postgres_pwd Katalogen.

• Åpne en SSH-økt i PowerProtect Data Manager, og godkjenn med administratorkontoen.
• Trykk på su Kommando og godkjenning med rotpassordet: sudo su
• Update the postgres_pwd directory permissions:chmod 777 postgres_pwd
• Update the postgres_pwd directory owner: chown admin:admin postgres_pwd
