NetWorker : La sauvegarde Oracle échoue avec l’erreur « ORA 03113 fin du fichier sur le canal de communication »

Le message d’erreur suivant s’affiche :

PSDRPC returns significant error 3113.

sbttest was also failed:

Cela est dû au fait que l’utilisateur Oracle ne peut pas accéder au /etc/hosts . Lasauvegarde Oracle de NetWorker Module for Database Applications(NMDA) a été démarrée avec l’utilisateur Oracle au lieu de root.
