How to Obtain and Use a Technical Support Provided Microsoft Game Pass Replacement Key

Download Process:

1. Go to My Account Portal.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Accept the End-User License Agreement (EULA).
4. Click Software Licenses.
5. Locate and click the Game Pass… item the customer purchased.

6. Locate the License Key and copy it for pasting.

7. In your web browser, go to https://Account.Microsoft.com and Login In with your Microsoft Account (MSA).

8. In the browser address bar, type Account.Microsoft.com/Billing/Redeem and press Enter, this should bring you to the following page:

9. Paste the Product Key copied from the My Account Portal in the text box, and click Next.

10. The next page will confirm the Game Pass Offer. Choose whether to enable recurring payment or not. Click Confirm to proceed.

11. Once its confirmed, you can double-check the key was accepted by going to the Subscriptions page.
