Symptômes

在某些情況下，在操作系統正確開機后，連接到 P2/P3 埠時，Inspiron 筆記型電腦可能無法辨識麥克風或耳機。在這種情況下，喇叭上的音效會持續顯示。

如果耳麥從一開始即已連接至系統，則麥克風和耳麥會正常辨識，但如果中斷連線並再次重新連線，則會出現故障，導致重新啟動設備，並以電話連接至該裝置進行識別。

Cause

Waves MaxxAudio Service Application 中已隔離故障分析，必須在系統啟動時載入。  部分使用者選擇在啟動時停用特定功能，以提高效能，並縮短設備在啟動后可用的時間。  此時有時會停用音訊驅動程式，導致在系統開機後連接時無法識別耳麥和麥克風。

Résolution

若要解決此問題，請按照以下步驟操作：
  1. 請確定您的 Inspiron 裝置已安裝最新的 BIOS 版本，以及 Dell 網站上提供的最新版本 Realtek 音效驅動程式。如果沒有，請移除目前的版本並安裝新版本
  2. 若要開啟「開始」功能表，請單擊最左側的 Windows 圖示 Windows 圖示.JPG，或按下鍵盤上的 Windows 按鈕Windows 圖示.JPG ，並確認 Waves MaxxAudio Service Application 服務已啟用。如果沒有，請啟用
  3. 將裝置重新啟動，並拔下耳麥/麥克風
  4. 系統開機完成後，請播放任何音訊，確認音效僅透過喇叭發出。如果是，請嘗試插入耳麥，並查看 Waves MaxxAudio 是否會開啟視窗詢問您連接的裝置，如下所示：

        5.選取正確的裝置 （當音訊仍在播放時），按兩下「OK」，然後檢查耳麥上的音效是否開始播放。如果是這樣，問題就已解決。

如果上述程式無法解決問題，請按照下列步驟檢查其他音訊管理應用程式可能造成故障的可能性：
  • 開啟任務管理員，前往「Startup」標籤，並停用所有其他音訊管理應用程式，例如：Waves MaxxAudio 服務應用程式、Realtek HD Audio Manager 和 HD 音訊背景程式。
