Dell Technologies anbefaler, at du bruger SupportAssist OS Recovery for at få en optimal gendannelsesoplevelse. Hvis SupportAssist OS Recovery ikke understøttes på din enhed, kan du bruge disse trin til at gendanne operativsystemets fabriksindstillinger. Geninstaller operativsystemet ved hjælp af Windows-nulstilling af trykknap:

  1. I menuen Start skal du skrive "Nulstil denne pc" og vælge Nulstil denne pc i Systemindstillinger.
  2. Under Genoprettelsesindstillinger skal du klikke på Nulstil pc.
  3. Vælg mellem Behold mine filer eller Fjern alt.
    Bemærk: Indstillingen Behold mine filer er nemmest, når du forsøger at reparere operativsystemet. Brug Fjern alt , hvis du forbereder salg eller på anden måde ændrer ejerskab af enheden.
  4. Følg instruktionerne på skærmen for at fuldføre opdateringen af operativsystemet.

Hvis du ikke kan gendanne Windows ved hjælp af ovenstående trin, skal du geninstallere operativsystemet fra et genoprettelsesmedie.
