Odinstalační program Dell Encryption selže s obecnou chybou kvůli aktivnímu ověřování před spuštěním

Pokud se pokoušíte odinstalovat nástroj Dell Encryption pomocí spustitelného souboru odinstalačního programu Dell Encryption (C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Dell Data Protection\DataSecurityUninstaller.exe) na koncových bodech s aktivním ověřováním před spuštěním, odinstalační program se okamžitě ukončí a zobrazí se obecná chyba.

Protokol DDPUninstall_Main.log v umístění C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection\ nezobrazuje o chybě žádné další informace.

Chcete-li spustit odinstalační program Dell Encryption na koncovém bodu, který je chráněn nástrojem Dell Full Disk Encryption nebo Dell Encryption Self-Encrypting Drive Manager, je nutné nejprve deaktivovat ověřování před spuštěním.
