Jos yrität poistaa Dell Encryption -asennusta käyttäen suoritettavaa Dell Encryption -asennuksen poisto-ohjelmaa (C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Dell Data Protection\DataSecurityUninstaller.exe) päätepisteissä, joissa on aktiivinen PBA (Pre-Boot Authentication) -todennus, asennuksen poisto-ohjelma sulkeutuu heti ja näyttää yleisen virheen.

Kansiossa C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection\ olevassa DDPUninstall_Main.log-tiedostossa ei näy lisätietoja virheestä.
