Avamar : Échec de la restauration granulaire Hyper-V avec l’erreur « Impossible d’obtenir les attributs de sécurité pour le fichier VHD »

Le montage de restauration granulaire (GLR) de la machine virtuelle (VM) Hyper-V échoue avec des messages similaires à ce qui suit :À partir de axionfs.log :

Dans les environnements de certains utilisateurs, cela peut également entraîner le redémarrage des serveurs ou des proxys Windows GLR pendant la tentative de navigation.

Les plug-ins Avamar GLR pour Hyper-V, Exchange, SharePoint et SQL (TLR) disposent d’un pilote tiers intégré appelé pilote ELDOS.

Ce composant est nécessaire pour monter le chemin de sauvegarde Avamar d’une base de données afin d’effectuer les opérations GLR ou TLR effectuées ultérieurement avec l’outil Itempoint.

Ce pilote ELDOS se trouve sur une version antérieure qui ne dispose pas des dernières améliorations pour prendre en charge les systèmes d’exploitation Windows plus récents (Windows 2022 et versions ultérieures). Cela provoque les défaillances mentionnées ci-dessus.

Par conséquent, la restauration granulaire ou TLR n’est pas prise en charge pour Windows 2022 et les versions ultérieures, comme indiqué dans la matrice de support Avamar.
