Causa
隨著 OpenManage Enterprise 4.0 版的推出，所有附掛程式都已更新為較新版本。OpenManage Enterprise 附掛程式的線上更新目錄會將主控台指向最新組建。由於這些僅與 OpenManage Enterprise 4.0 版相容，因此任何未安裝的附掛程式都會顯示「沒有可用的相容版本」訊息。

從 OpenManage Enterprise 4.1 版開始，線上目錄會在執行 N-2 版本的裝置時顯示支援的附掛程式。此通知不會對安裝的裝置或附掛程式造成任何功能影響。

- 案例 2 - 繼續使用舊版的 OpenManage Enterprise
在 Web UI 中「應用程式設定 - 主控台與附掛程式」下的「更新設定」中設定更新路徑，以安裝相容的附掛程式。
- 登入 Web UI 後，前往 應用程式設定 > 主控台和附掛程式。
- 按一下 更新設定 連結。
- 對於 「在何處檢查更新 」設置，請選擇 「網路共用 」單選按鈕。
- 根據 OpenManage Enterprise 的版本，從下表之一輸入附掛程式的安裝路徑 URL，以取得本機路徑。
