Sintomi

DDPM for macOS experiences that the fourth personal computer connection is not stable and often gets disconnected when the user has four PCs configurations for Network Keyboard/Video/Mouse (KVM).

 

Causa

DDPM 1.3 Network KVM has a stability issue on four personal computer configurations.

 

Risoluzione

Updating the DDPM to version 1.3.2.0015, A00 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the driver, reference How to Download and Install Dell Drivers.
