• 클라이언트 서버의 VSS 섀도우 복제본이 높기 때문일 수 있습니다.
• System Writer, ASR Writer, WMI Writer, Registry Writer - 모두 안정적인 상태여야 하며 오류가 없어야 합니다.
• VSS 초기화에 실패하여 자주 중단됩니다.
• 시스템 상태는 완료 대기 중이거나 백그라운드에서 실행 중인 다른 섀도우 복제본이거나 스냅숏 프로세스에 대해 수동으로 트리거됨이어야 합니다.

1. 관리자 명령 프롬프트를 엽니다.
2. NetWorker Client를 중지합니다.
   net stop nsrexecd /y
3. 중지되지 않은 모든 NetWorker 서비스를 종료합니다.
   taskkil /F /IM nsr*
4. 중지되지 않은 모든 NetWorker 백업 프로세스를 종료합니다.
   taskkill /F /IM save*
5. 다음 경로에서 "Daemon" 파일의 이름을 바꿉니다. C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\daemon.raw
6. 경로 아래의 "tmp" 폴더를 제거합니다. C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp(이름이 바뀐 /tmp 디렉토리 포함)
7. SERVICES(또는 services.msc) 프롬프트를 엽니다.

12. NetWorker 클라이언트 서비스를 다시 시작합니다.
