Sintomi

Le commutateur fonctionne sous NX-OS 9.4.1a.

La sortie de la commande users affiche un horodatage incorrect, comme indiqué ci-dessous :

Causa

Cela est dû à un CSCWK43183 d’ID de défaut Cisco affectant NX-OS 9.4.1a.

Risoluzione

Dans la version 9.4(1a) de NX-OS, la sortie du fichier show users affiche de manière cohérente le 1er janvier, ainsi que le décalage horaire par rapport à UTC en fonction du fuseau horaire configuré.

Étant donné que l' show users affiche un horodatage incorrect, l’attribut show accounting log Peut être vérifié pour l’horodatage de connexion le plus récent de l’utilisateur administrateur.

Contournement: 
When a user logs in to the switch on SSH, accounting log records the login of the user as below:
<timestamp> :type=start:id=10.138.65.80@pts/1:user=admin:cmd=
 
When a user logs into the switch on console, accounting log records the login of the user as below:
<timestamp> :type=start:id=console0:user=admin:cmd=
 
To view the last logged in time for a user named "admin", run the below command:
 # show accounting log | grep "start.*admin" | tail lines 1

Effectuez une mise à niveau vers la version NX-OS 9.4.2.

After downgrading the switch from version 9.4.1a to 9.3.2a, the timestamps displayed by the 'show users' command are now correct.

Note:
Avant d’effectuer une mise à niveau vers la version 9.4.2, vérifiez si TACACS est utilisé comme protocole d’authentification dans vos commutateurs.
  • Si oui, le défaut Cisco CSCWK14579 peut entraîner des échecs d’authentification après la mise à niveau vers la version 9.4.2. Par conséquent, désactivez TACACS et effectuez la mise à niveau du firmware. Activez ensuite la configuration TACACS.
  • Si les commutateurs n’utilisent pas TACACS pour l’authentification, vous pouvez effectuer une mise à niveau vers la version 9.4(2) sans aucun problème.
