OpenManage Enterprise(OpenManage Enterprise) 또는 DSU(Dell System Update) 유틸리티와 같은 펌웨어 규정 준수 툴이 "2U 비확장기 스토리지 백플레인 펌웨어 7.10" 업데이트를 적용하려는 시도가 반복되지 않아 PowerEdge R650을 준수하지 못할 수 있습니다. DSU 디버그 로그에는 다음 오류가 포함될 수 있습니다.

"Unable to complete the firmware update operation because the specified firmware image is for a component that is not in the target system inventory or the component is disabled for performing the update."

Causa

이 문제는 OME 또는 DSU가 엔터프라이즈 카탈로그 버전 24.08.03 이하 또는 엔터프라이즈 서버 2024.06 이하용 ESXi 카탈로그를 로드하는 경우에 발생합니다.

이전 카탈로그를 OME UMP(Update Manager Plugin) 또는 DRM(Dell Repository Manager)과 함께 사용하려면 리포지토리에서 기존 파일 "Firmware_KW60H_WN64_7.10_A00_07.EXE"를 수동으로 삭제합니다. 백플레인의 DUP 파일을 다운로드하고 UMP 또는 DRM의 가져오기 버튼을 사용하여 DUP 파일을 R650이 더 이상 지원되는 시스템으로 포함되지 않을 저장소로 수동으로 가져옵니다.
