現象
In most cases, Dell PowerEdge servers are shipped with the Operating System pre-installed. Except if it has been optionally ordered, the Windows Server media is not included in the package.
If you want to reinstall a Windows Server OS on your PowerEdge, but you lost or do not have the original Windows installation media at hand, you can download the matching ISO-file directly from the Microsoft website (after filling the registration form).
These versions will start in trial mode and can be activated with an OEM Serial Key.

Note: Starting with Windows Server 2012, the evaluation version must be converted to a full retail version.
Server Standard Core installs cannot be converted from EVAL. You must choose Desktop Experience at the time of installation to be able to convert to a fully licensed version.
Note: If the server is an Active Directory Domain Controller, it cannot be converted to Retail.
