Avamar - Linux client avagent crashes or does not start after plug-in upgrade

After upgrading Linux client version from 7.x to 19.3 or 19.4, the avagent service fails once started or does not start at all.

Install the Avamar Client SLES11 package.
AvamarClient-linux-sles11-x86_64-19.x.rpm

The Avamar Client SLES11 package has the statically linked openSSL libraries. This is required for the client-side Avamar installation to work correctly.
