Ao executar o Microsoft Windows 7 ou 8.1 com o software de virtualização Microsoft Hyper-V em endpoints, é recomendável implementar o Dell Encryption versão 8.7.1 ou posterior. Se versões anteriores do Dell Encryption forem implementadas com o software Hyper-V, poderão ocorrer problemas sérios, como falhas no computador, tela azul ou preta, que exigem a recuperação de dados do Dell Encryption.
