Symptomer

Det här problemet uppstår när flera AppSync CLI-inloggningar görs samtidigt. Problemet är mycket tillfälligt.

Användaren kör AppSync CLI för att köra en serviceplan, visa en lista över alla kopior och montera/demontera en kopia, men det misslyckas ibland.

Det går inte att köra en serviceplan med:

C:\EMC\AppSync\appsync-cli\appsync-cli.bat -login server=xxxxxx port=8445 user=admin password=xxxxxxxx

Årsak

AppSync-servern är utformad för att samla in en lista över roller som tilldelats användaren efter autentisering.

AppSync-servern samlar in rollinformationen efter autentiseringen och skriver den till en säker databas (detta liknar en fil) för att hämta den senare.
När AppSync-servern hämtar den lagrade informationen tas den bort. Men om flera inloggningar provades samtidigt skulle en session ta bort informationen innan den hämtas av en annan session.

För att uttrycka det enkelt är detta ett samtidighetsproblem på grund av flera inloggningar (mer än en) samtidigt.
