Cause

当断开连接是短暂的，在某些时间点，遇到问题的服务器上托管的 SDS 可能会报告另一个 SDS 与其断开连接，而其对等方不会在同一时间提供类似的报告。

在这种情况下，MDM 可能会决定对部分数据进行降级，将这些部分的唯一有效副本保留在故障主机上。

如果故障主机完全断开与网络的连接，则用户应用程序无法使用这些数据。

Resolution

  • 确保为 SDS 到 SDS 的网络流量配置网络冗余（配置为“All”或“SDS-Only”的 IP 地址）。

  • 为避免用户数据不可用，请监视网络基础架构是否不稳定，并通过运行以下命令断开违规端口或停止托管 SDS：   

    /opt/emc/scaleio/sds/bin/delete_service.sh

    停止 SDS 将触发重建。解决网络问题后，通过运行以下命令重新连接端口并启动 SDS（如果之前已停止）：   

    /opt/emc/scaleio/sds/bin/create_service.sh

     
  • 如果用户数据不可用，则解决网络问题。解决后，系统将自动恢复，使用户数据可用。
