Symptoms

Het systeem stopt het opstartproces bij het Dell logo bij de eerste keer opstarten na het uitschakelen van Intel Virtual Technology in de BIOS-instellingen met Virtualization-based Security (VBS) ingeschakeld onder Windows 10.

 

Cause

VBS heeft virtuele hardware-technologie nodig om te kunnen werken. Het uitschakelen van Intel Virtual Technology is een ongeldige bewerking die voorkomt dat het besturingssysteem wordt opgestart.

Resolution

Volg deze stappen om het probleem te verhelpen:

  1. Druk op de aan/uit-knop en open het BIOS opnieuw.
    • Als u VBS-functionaliteit wilt gebruiken, stelt u VBS en Intel Virtual Technology in op Ingeschakeld.
    • Als u Virtual technology wilt uitschakelen, schakelt u Virtual technology en VBS uit.
  2. Sla de wijzigingen op en start het systeem opnieuw op.
 
Opmerking: Schakel VBS niet in als Intel Virtual Technology is uitgeschakeld.
