如何收集 vc-support 

  1. 使用 SSH 登录 vCSA。

  2. 由于它默认登录到设备 Shell，请运行 shell.set --enabled True 命令和 shell 命令启动 Bash。

  • 运行 vc-support -l 用于创建 vc-support 日志捆绑包的命令。
    收集完成后：
    确认日志捆绑包使用命令执行时显示的名称创建。
    在本文中，“/storage/log/vc-vcsaxxxxx.xxxxxxx.local-2019-02-27-02.02-47743.tgz” 是日志捆绑包名称。

  • 使用 SCP 登录 vCSA，将创建的 vc-support 日志捆绑包拷贝到您的计算机。

    提醒：如果您使用 WinSCP 作为 SCP 工具，请运行 chsh -s /bin/bash root 命令将 vCSA 默认 shell 更改为 Bash shell，并使用 WinSCP（在 Bash 启动后的步骤 2 中运行）。
    如果将默认 shell 返回到设备 shell，请运行 chsh -s /bin/appliancesh root 命令确认该锁定已释放。

  • 将拷贝的 vc-support 日志捆绑包发送给戴尔技术支持。
