Symptoms

Scenario
Although alerts can be cleared using SCLI, the Presentation Server does not update its information.

Symptoms
You see the commands being issued in the SCLI and marked as successful in the events: 
scli --reset_oscillating_failure_counters --all_counters --failure_counter sdc_sds_network_disconnections --all_sdc

Resolution

  1. If possible, identify and resolve the communication issue.
  2. If not:
    • Log in to the Presentation server and unlink the system
    • Switch MDM
    • Re-link the Presentation Server
