  • EVT-STORAGE-00031 - Il disco presenta un guasto hardware e potrebbe dover essere sostituito.
  • EVT-STORAGE-00032 - Il disco presenta un guasto recuperabile, ma potrebbe essere necessario sostituirlo.

Cause

Sulle piattaforme basate su DDVE, i dischi vengono monitorati dal PowerEdge RAID Controller (PERC) e dall'iDRAC Lifecycle Controller sottostanti.

  • Qualsiasi guasto del disco, guasto o errore predittivo rilevato da questi componenti viene passato allo stack virtuale (hardware → ESXi → DDVE).
  • Il sistema genera quindi l'avviso corrispondente.

Resolution

Sostituire qualsiasi disco che segnala un guasto hardware o un guasto previsto.
Contattare il Supporto Dell o il fornitore di supporto autorizzato per organizzare una sostituzione.
