身份驗證資料庫檔不匹配。身份驗證資料由兩個文件組成： authcdb.mv.db 和 authcdb.lock。在這種情況下，身份驗證資料位置具有以下副本 authcdb.h2.db 正在更新而不是 authcdb.mv.db。

重新創建身份驗證資料庫。 

Linux NetWorker 伺服器：

1. 在 NetWorker 伺服器上開啟提升權限的提示。
2. 停止 NetWorker 服務： nsr_shutdown 或 systemctl stop networker
3. 重新命名 authc 資料夾： mv /nsr/authc /nsr/authc_$(date -I)
4. 重新設定 AUTHC： /opt/nsr/authc-server/scripts/authc_configure.sh
5. 啟動 NetWorker： systemctl start networker

Windows NetWorker 伺服器：

只能在安裝過程中配置AUTHC。必須先解除安裝再重新安裝 NetWorker。

執行下列步驟：
 

1. 從程式和功能解除安裝 NetWorker。
2. 重新命名 authc-server 資料夾。預設位置：'C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server'
3. 在現有的檔案結構上重新安裝 NetWorker。新的 authc-server 目錄隨即建立。

如果使用 NetWorker 伺服器的本機 AUTHC 資料庫來處理 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 或 NetWorker Web 使用者介面的驗證：NetWorker：如何識別哪個伺服器是 NMC 和 NWUI 使用的認證伺服器

• 透過 NMC 建立的本機 NetWorker 使用者帳戶，必須重新建立使用者。
• Active Directory （AD） 或 LDAP 整合必須重新新增至 NetWorker：NetWorker：如何設定 AD/LDAP 驗證

如果 AUTHC 自我簽署憑證已更換為 CA 簽署憑證，則必須將 CA 憑證重新匯入至新的 AUTHC 路徑。
