Symptoms

DUP가 Microsoft Windows OS에서 실행되면 인증 실패로 인해 실패할 수 있습니다. 이 문제는 필요한 루트 CA 인증서가 OS 인증서 저장소에 없을 때 발생할 수 있습니다.

Cause

Dell DUP는 CA 인증서를 사용하여 서명되며, 인증서 저장소에 CA 인증서가 없으면 DUP 실행이 실패합니다.

Microsoft Windows 운영 체제는 기본적으로 신뢰할 수 있는 CA 저장소에 "Entrust 루트 인증 기관(G2)" 인증서를 보관하며 삭제되더라도 OS에서 복구됩니다. OS 사용자 지정으로 인해 이 인증서가 제거되었을 수 있습니다.

Resolution

OS에서 DUP를 성공적으로 실행하려면 CA 인증서 "Entrust Root Certification Authority G2"가 Windows OS의 신뢰할 수 있는 루트 인증 기관 저장소에 있어야 합니다.
