Symptoms
当 DUP 在 Microsoft Windows作系统中运行时，它可能会失败并出现身份验证失败。当作系统证书存储中不存在所需的根 CA 证书时，可能会出现此问题。
Dell Server Update Utility （DSU） 在启动后可能未显示任何合规性报告，因为 Inventory Collector DUP 无法启动。
Cause
Dell DUPS 使用 CA 证书进行签名，证书存储区中缺少 CA 证书会导致 DUP 执行失败。
Microsoft Windows作系统默认在受信任的 CA 存储中携带“Entrust Root Certification Authority （G2）”证书，即使该证书被删除，也会作系统恢复。作系统定制可能已删除此证书。
Resolution
要在作系统中成功执行 DUP，需要在 Windows作系统的受信任根证书颁发机构存储中提供 CA 证书“Entrust Root Certification Authority G2”。
