Symptoms

Dell Precision 7875 TowerがPXEサーバーを起動できず、オペレーティング システムの起動を続行する場合があります。これは、BIOS設定の [Wake on LAN/WLAN ]が[ LAN with PXE Boot]に設定され、[ Deep Sleep Control ]が [Disabled]に設定されている場合に発生します。

Cause

Dell Precision 7875 Towerで、PCIeエンドポイントLANデバイスの電源管理イベント(PME)ステータスが見つかりません。これにより、Wake On LAN(WOL)時にコンピューターがPXEを起動できなくなります。

Resolution

BIOSで次の設定を手動で変更します。

  • 電源メニューに移動し、ディープ スリープ コントロールのS4およびS5で有効オプション(デフォルト)を有効にします。
  • [Boot Configuration]メニューに移動し、[Boot Sequence]で[I226 NIC card for PXE boot]を選択します。
