Symptoms

配備 Dell Chicony 電源供應器 （X1HXF） 的 PowerEdge 系統可能會回報電源供應器上發生「偵測到電壓不足的故障」。

錯誤記錄範例：

PSU0001	   Power supply 1 failed.
PWR2500	   An issue is observed in a power source on component Power Supply 1, (PS1 PG).
VLT0204	   The system board PS1 PG voltage is outside of range.
PSU0034    An under voltage fault detected on power supply 1.

將輸入電源重新接上電源至電源供應器後，錯誤即會清除。但是，相同的錯誤可能會再次發生。

Cause

電源供應器內部電壓突然下降會導致問題。

Resolution

將電源供應器韌體升級至 00.0E.12 版以解決此問題。
