Symptoms

配备戴尔群光电源 （X1HXF） 的 PowerEdge 系统可能会报告电源上“检测到电压不足故障”。

错误日志示例：

PSU0001	   Power supply 1 failed.
PWR2500	   An issue is observed in a power source on component Power Supply 1, (PS1 PG).
VLT0204	   The system board PS1 PG voltage is outside of range.
PSU0034    An under voltage fault detected on power supply 1.

将输入电源重新接通后，错误会清除。但是，相同的错误可能会重复出现。

Cause

电源设备内部电压突然下降导致问题。

Resolution

将电源设备固件升级到版本 00.0E.12 以解决此问题。
