Data Domain：CLI 命令：系統韌體顯示全部 |升級後失敗

適用於：

• 平台：D6400、DD6900、DD9400、DD9900、DD9410、DD9910、DD9910F、DD6410
• 軟體：DDOS 7.4 及更新版本

執行命令時：

sysadmin@DD# system firmware show all

在 DDOS 升級期間，如果包含 iDRAC 韌體更新，則會在 DDOS 升級完成後啟動。因此，DDOS 升級完成後，iDRAC 更新將會開始。雖然在此期間可存取 DDOS，但 iDRAC 會沒有回應或無法使用，這可能會影響某些 CLI 命令，例如 韌體 show all。

若要確認失敗是否因為持續進行的 iDRAC 更新所導致：

1. 檢查時間：命令是否在 DDOS 升級完成後不久執行？
2. 確認 iDRAC 存取功能：嘗試登入 iDRAC Web 介面。
   • 如果沒有回應，則表示更新仍在進行中。
3. 檢查更新狀態：如果可存取 iDRAC UI，請確認 iDRAC 韌體更新工作是否正在執行中。

如果所有條件都表明更新正在進行中：

• 等待 iDRAC 更新完成。
• 重新執行 CLI 命令。

如果命令在更新後仍然失敗，請向上呈報以進一步調查。
