Symptoms
In de Dell Automation Platform Orchestrator wordt onder Hardware-eigenschappen van Inventarisinfrastructuur >> [knooppuntnaam] >> bij de firmwarebundelversie Onbekend of de onjuiste versie weergegeven nadat de juiste firmwarebundel is toegepast.
In dit geval is de node een XR5610. De node heeft een HBA355i als schijfcontroller.
Cause
De NativeEdge-firmwarebundels voor 4.1 en 4.2 bevatten geen HBA355i-firmwarerelease. Dit veroorzaakt het onbekende bericht in de gebruikersinterface (UI)
Resolution
Open een serviceaanvraag (SR) bij Dell Support voor hulp bij het oplossen van dit probleem.
