Symptoms
EMC SourceOne services are not starting on the master server.
You will find below pop-up when you start the services:
"Error: Windows cannot start the service. Cannot find the file specified"
When location where SourceOne services are pointing to is checked, you might find that files are either missing or corrupt.
To find location of executable used by EMC SourceOne services, double-click on any one of the services and locate "Path to executable" section:
Cause
Issue may occur due to file system corruption, failed installation or corruption due to unknown reasons.
Resolution
Re-run SourceOne installation media files to perform repair of the installed components/roles that are impacted.
