Symptoms
DLmT0840E: VTE time sync check failed: Cannot get primary VTE time.
This transient alert condition is known to affect DLm code versions 5.0.x and 5.1.x up to and including all patch releases generally available as of May, 2020.
The error is only likely to occur on a sporadic basis and does not affect the DLm unit performance.
Resolution
This issue will be fixed in a later release of DLm code. There is no actual problem or impact to the DLm unit performance.
Rerun the health check utility via the DLm Console, or check the health check report after the next run. The DLm runs regular health checks every hour.
