DLm: DLm System Manager (DSM) cannot select higher numbered VTEs when configuring file systems

This article is applicable as follows:
Using DLm System Manager > Tape Libraries > Add xx Filesystems option.
If the VTE candidate list spans two lines, then selecting VTE on the second line is not possible. It shows in the panel as selection of a VTE on the first line:

This is corrected in DLm firmware V5.5.0.4 and later release.
Workaround
Select file systems one by one, which can present more VTE for selection from the first line:
