Symptoms

Dell desktop may encounter a blue screen error related to the graphics driver. The issue occurs when the computer has a NVIDIA GeForce Graphics card with driver version 31.0.15.4609.

Cause

This is due to the NVIDIA High-Definition Audio driver's power state failure.

Resolution

Updating to NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver version 32.0.15.6094, A00 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the driver, reference How to Download and Install Dell Drivers.
