Symptoms

The SupportAssist app screen flickers or flashes when it is dragged to an external display.

Affected Platforms:

  •  Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14255 

Cause

SupportAssist is scaled based on the computers resolution when launched and when the app window resizes. Multiple resize events trigger the flickering issue.

Resolution
