Symptoms

The AWCC user interface may not scale correctly when the window is resized. The application launches in full-screen mode, but the screen fails to adjust proportionally when reducing the window size.

Affected Application:

  • Alienware Command Center (AWCC) Version 6.10.15

Cause

Some text elements overlap, and graphics do not resize properly.

Resolution

The engineering department is working on a fix to be released in an updated version of the AWCC. The updated AWCC is posted to the computer's support page once it is made available in March 2026.

Workaround:

Use the application in a full-screen mode.
