Los plug-ins de Avamar GLR para Hyper-V, Exchange, SharePoint y SQL (TLR) tienen un "controlador ELDOS" integrado de otros fabricantes.
Este componente es necesario para montar la ruta de respaldo de Avamar de una base de datos a fin de realizar las operaciones de GLR o TLR posteriormente completadas con la herramienta Itempoint.
El controlador ELDOS se encuentra en una versión anterior que no tiene las mejoras más recientes para admitir sistemas operativos Windows más recientes (Windows 2022 y versiones posteriores). Esto provoca las fallas mencionadas anteriormente.
