Причина
Подключаемые модули Avamar GLR для Hyper-V, Exchange, SharePoint и SQL (TLR) имеют встроенный драйвер ELDOS стороннего производителя.
Этот компонент необходим для монтирования пути резервного копирования базы данных Avamar для выполнения операций GLR или TLR, которые позже выполняются с помощью средства Itempoint.
Этот драйвер ELDOS имеет более раннюю версию, которая не имеет последних улучшений для поддержки более новых операционных систем Windows (Windows 2022 и более поздних версий). Это и приводит к сбоям, упомянутым выше.
Как следствие, восстановление GLR или TLR не поддерживается для Windows 2022 и более поздних версий, что также отражено в таблице поддержки Avamar.
Инженеры и специалисты Dell по управлению продуктами оценивают альтернативные варианты и находят наиболее жизнеспособные варианты.
