How to access your software licenses and digital subscriptions in My Account

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Sign in to your Dell My Account using the email address used at the time of purchase or the address used to assign your software licenses. For questions about creating or updating a My Account login, see the My Account FAQ.
  3. Click Software Licenses and Subscriptions on the menu and choose Software Licenses.
