Symptómy

Feil som rapporteres under oppretting av tradisjonell utvalg ved hjelp av to forskjellige disktyper fra Dell EMC Unity GUI som kjører OE-kode 5.2, vises nedenfor:
«Feil antall stasjoner ble levert for den angitte RAID-konfigurasjonen, eller antall stasjoner samsvarer ikke med standard RAID-konfigurasjon for diskene i stasjonsgruppen. Error: Kode (0x6700171)»


Når du prøver å opprette utvalget med ulike disktyper, forventes følgende feil:

uemcli -d  -u Local/admin -p  /stor/config/pool create -name  -diskGroup dg_26 -drivesNumber 45 -storProfile tprofile_2 -type traditional

uemcli -d  -u admin -securepassword /stor/config/profile -traditional -configurable show -storProfile tprofile_1, tprofile_19 -type traditional

Please input your selection (The default selection is [1]): Operation failed. Error code: 0x1000401
The object was not found with "Pool0". (Error Code:0x1000401)

 

Príčina

Den tradisjonelle opprettelsen av utvalg fra GUI kan ikke oppnås fra Dell EMC Unity OE-kode 5.2.0. Det samme kan bare konfigureres via CLI-metoden ved hjelp av uemcli.
 

Riešenie

Som et første trinn bør det tradisjonelle utvalget med bare flash-enhet eller høyeste tilgjengelige nivå (stasjonstype) konfigureres. Når utvalget er opprettet, kan det utvides ytterligere fra Unisphere med enten SAS- eller NL SAS-disk.

Fremgangsmåte for å konfigurere tradisjonelt utvalg via CLI:

  1. uemcli /stor/config/dg show >>Viser diskgruppene som er tilgjengelige i systemet 
  2. uemcli /stor/config/profile -traditional -configurable show >> Viser profilene som er tilgjengelige i systemet
  3. uemcli -d -u Local/admin -p /stor/config/pool create -name -diskGroup -drivesNumber < drive_number > -storProfile tprofile_x -type traditional
