Dell NativeEdge: Upgrade to PowerEdge Endpoint Firmware v3.2.0.0 Failure

If customer try to perform NativeEdge PowerEdge endpoint Firmware update using v3.2.0.0 bundle before performing NativeEdgeOS update to 3.2.0.0, Firmware update fails due to 2 symptoms below.

1. IDM update failure.

2. Firmware stamping will not be triggered, and customers can not see the v3.2.0.0 Firmware version after firmware update

Defect in the code

This issue is fixed in NativeEdgeOS v3.2.0.0. Customer has to perform NativeEdgeOS update to NativeEdgeOS v3.2.0.0 first and then update NativeEdge v3.2.0.0 Firmware.
