Here are the throughputs maximum capabilities for Dell Unity drives.

SAS Flash 2 or 3 --->20,000 IOPS
SAS 15K  ---> 350 IOPS
SAS 10K  ---> 250 IOPS
NL-SAS  --->150 IOPS

Note: 

SAS Flash 3 is the drives used for all-Flash pools, however SAS FLASH 2 drives are used for mixed tier pools and for FAST VP and FAST CACHE features.
