В ранее используемом ПО сервисная учетная запись резервного копирования для службы теневого копирования томов в гостевой виртуальной машине являлась учетной записью AD.
解决方案
Последовательность действий.
- Откройте консоль services.msc на гостевой виртуальной машине.
- Найдите службу «Volume Shadow Copy» > Properties > Log on > измените «this account» на «Local System Account»
