在 Linux 主机上安装 Unisphere for VMAX 失败。出现以下错误消息：
 

Deploying schema and create user for ROOT...
 
Unisphere for VMAX Configuration Error. Installation will be aborted.
Please check the Unisphere for VMAX documentation to fix this configuration issue.
SMAS Database timeout cannot be started.

 


 

原因

postgres 用户登录 shell 不正确。

解决方案

要解决此问题，请执行以下作：

  • 在 /etc/passwd 文件中，将 postgres 用户登录 shell 更改为 /bin/bash。
  • 登录 shell 不应有“/usr/sbin/nologin”或“/bin/false”。
