"/data01/tmp/patch/logs/VCSA" 디렉토리에서 vCenter 업그레이드 로그를 살펴보면 vcsaclientinstaller 로그에 다음 오류가 표시될 수 있습니다.

原因

vCenter Postgres 데이터베이스 손상으로 인해 DB 내보내기 작업 중에 vCenter 업그레이드가 실패했습니다. 

解决方案

1단계: IDPA vCenter UI에 로그인합니다.

2단계: vCenter VM의 클론을 생성합니다.
  • VCSA VM --> Clone to Virtual Machine을 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭합니다. 
  • 클론 이름과 기타 세부 정보를 선택하고 OK를 클릭합니다. 

3단계: ACM UI에서 vCenter VM에 대한 롤백을 수행합니다. 
  • Troubleshooting Options 확인란을 클릭합니다. Rollback for vCenter Upgrade를 클릭합니다.  

4단계: vCenter VM에 SSH로 연결하고 vpxd 서비스를 중지합니다.
  • service-control --stop vpxd

5단계: vCenter Postgres DB에 로그인합니다.
  • /opt/vmware/vpostgres/current/bin/psql -d VCDB -U postgres
6단계: vCenter Postgres DB에서 다음 쿼리/명령을 실행합니다.
  • SET zero_damaged_pages = on;
  • VACUUM FULL ANALYSE VERBOSE;
  • REINDEX table vpx_topn_past_month;
  • select * from vpx_topn_past_month;
  • SET zero_damaged_pages = off;
7단계: ACM UI로 이동하여 Retry for vCenter Upgrade를 클릭하고 모니터링합니다.
