原因

当来自不同 RecoverPoint 系统的多个 RPA 写入相同的日志卷时，会出现此问题。  发生这种情况时，两个 CG 的日志历史记录将损坏并启动全面扫描以确保数据一致性。这还会触发复制过程重新启动，从而导致 RPA 上的重新启动管控。

解决方案

分辨率：
确保每个一致性组包含所有 RecoverPoint 系统中唯一的日志卷。（管理员 CLI 命令“get_group_volumes”有助于识别每个系统中使用的日志卷。）

  1. 在受影响的 CG 上，导航到目标拷贝的Journal选项卡。
  2. 单击“编辑日志”按钮，选择要添加到 CG 的新日志卷，并清除有问题的日志卷。

其他信息

记录在“Dell EMC RecoverPoint 使用中端存储进行部署技术说明”第 7 页上的 限制：
与 VNX 不同，Unity 没有存储组。因此，所有卷对所有 RPA 群集可见，包括已受其他 RPA 群集保护的卷。确保仅保护未受保护的卷。如果您保护已受保护的卷：
  • 复制未开始
  • 链接状态指示被系统暂停
  • 错误指示卷已受到保护
  • 如果所选卷是不同 RPA 群集中的日志卷，则可能会发生数据损坏
