症状

Running rpowermt restituiscono il seguente errore e l'host PowerPath/VE viene visualizzato come Disconnected nella GUI di PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA).

ERROR: ELMC720: Unable to fetch token for communication . Please verify the PPMA details provided and ensure that PPMA instance is running.

 

原因

PPMA mostra che non è in grado di connettersi all'host ESXi a causa di errori di autorizzazione e guasti SOAP dall'host registrati nei registri.
Sembra esserci un problema tra vCenter e l'host ESXi.

 

解决方案

In questo caso, sono state descritte tutte le procedure di risoluzione dei problemi da parte di PPMA, ma il problema è stato risolto dopo aver aggiunto nuovamente l'host ESXi a vCenter.
