更新 BIOS 後，Latitude 或 Precision 筆記型電腦可能會進入開機迴圈。如果啟用 Intel Total Memory Encryption （TME）、Intel Trusted eXecution Technology （TXT） 和 SystemGuard SecureLaunch，BIOS 更新便會導致問題。Intel TME 和 Intel TXT 會在 BIOS 中更新，而 SystemGuard SecureLaunch 則會在作業系統中啟用。

系統會顯示 Dell 標誌和作業系統載入圓圈，接著電腦會重新開機。這無限重複。

Windows 自動復原會在開機迴圈後載入，但無法解決問題或已解決問題，但隨後停用 SystemGuard SecureLaunch。
